30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To receive a different item, please return your original purchase first.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order.


European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused and in original condition.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
